Imperial Elite Cataphract The Empire is sure to have a high spot on every tier list, as their troops are, by far, the most balanced out of Calradia. The Cataphract can be described as nothing else but a tank. It has the highest armor rating and the horse with the most HP and armor. You can’t bring down an Elite Cataphract that easily.
Sweeds -best armor in the game, hands down! -best pikes, heavily armored. -awfull skill with firearms. Khanate -very fast horses. -best skill with bows on both marksmen and cavalry. -cheap as dirt. -low armor, useless with guns. Moscovite -jack of all trades, good at everything but masters of none. Decent firearms skill, second only to cossacks.
I don't really care much about the amount of arrows. If I'm doing a more melee focused person, I only need 20ish arrows before I'm in the thick of it. If I'm doing a ranged character, I'm using the higher damage output arrows (stacked bodkin) in the hopes that they actually do affect the damage output. But I also have 2 quivers.
Promoting and training them will be the hardest part, as they’re a sixth-tier cavalry unit. Nevertheless, cavalry units won’t die as much as shock infantry units due to their horses and top-tier armor.
