NG+ in W3 is handled very differently than NG+ in Origins. In Origins, you can be maxed at level 55, as are the enemies. The quests are still at their original levels, so a level 12 quest in the first run is still level 12 in NG+. Makes for a pretty easy time when your Bayek is level 55.
