I've been having pretty poor performance with my oculus quest 2. I've been experiencing constant frame drops I have been trying to look around but I just don't know what's causing it. When I first started the game with a Quest 2 the controllers showed up in-game which made it hard to see status indicators and to aim. Exiting and restarting Steam VR and the game fixed it. #4.
